Who Is Jordan? - Quilting in Montreal

I sat down at a sewing machine in March of 2021, and I haven't gotten up since. Seriously... would someone please come help me? I learned how to quilt by watching YouTube videos, and as a Montreal quilter, I quickly realized there were so many rules in quilting. However, I chose not to follow them. Instead, I made up my own rules, and somehow, it worked! 

I am a firm believer in the concept of modern quilting that comes from the soul and not just the rule book. Do what makes you happy! Create what brings you joy! Just cut fabric and sew it back together. Being part of the queer quilting community has shown me that it's all about expression and individuality.
